We are seeking a temporary administrative assistant to join the HR team of Liedekerke law on a one-year fixed-term contract. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the team and have the opportunity to apply your experience and language skills in a warm, collegial environment. Your tasks and responsibilities
As an assistant, you will provide general support to the four colleagues in the HR team. This is what you will contribute to our team:
- You will offer administrative support across various processes, such as drafting contracts for employees, maintaining databases, and creating PR/POs, always in close collaboration with your colleagues
- You will plan and coordinate meetings, both internally and externally to support the recruitment process, all within a pleasant and supportive environment
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in administration and at least two years of experience in an administrative role. Experience in a law firm is a plus. As Liedekerke is a Belgian firm, you should be fluent in Dutch and French, both spoken and written, and have a good command of English.
In addition, we are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised and good at making order out of chaos
